Board Sets Election Date For Bond
The Idaho Falls School Board has set a May 18 election date for a $57.5 million bond that will address the district’s most critical building needs.

A recent survey of registered voters shows 82% of our patrons would consider voting in favor of a bond to pay for school improvements. How will the bond affect me?

The bond will pay for projects that will make our schools safer, improve classroom learning and upgrade the science labs in our secondary schools. The district’s other needs will be addressed with another bond in a few years. Tell us what you think

Seen and Heard: Thank you so much for the positive rewards given to our son by the Eagle Rock teachers.  Our son is painfully shy but the acknowledgement of his academic skills has been so encouraging.  Eagle Rock's encouragement has helped our son stay focused on his positive attributes and boosted my son's future goals for college.  Keep up your great work during this "long haul" period of the school year.  Our family has been impressed with how caring, hard working and innovative your teachers are.  Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

Feel free to leave at 3:30 today and have a great weekend!
