Starting at the intersection of Bellin and Pancheri Dr. (eastside of Bellin only).
North to Broadway; then east to what would be Neptune if it were a through road (includes both sides of Neptune);
North to International Way;
East to Singletree at the point it would connect to International Way;
South to Grandview (includes Single Tree and Doubletree on both sides of the road);
South along the west side of the canal to Storer; then east to Hansen (south side Storer only);
South to Broadway (west side of Hansen only);
East to Skyline Dr. (south side of Broadway only);
South to Pancheri (west side Skyline only); then west (north side of Pancheri) to the point of beginning.
