Mrs. Hoskins was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is now a U.S. citizen and proud to be married to a U.S. Veteran. Mrs. Hoskins has a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and hopes, with her disability, that her presences in the classroom will encourage all students to be the best they can be. |
