NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND UPCOMING ELECTION
The Idaho Falls School District #91 Education Foundation will hold its 2013 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 12:00 p.m. at the District Offices of Idaho Falls School District 91, 690 John Adams Parkway, Idaho Falls, Idaho, 83401. All members are invited to attend. Members are those who donated $100 or more to the Foundation this past calendar year.
Election for Board of Directors
Closing Date: 12:00 pm, November 19, 2013
All contributors who have donated at least $100 to the Idaho Falls School District 91 Education Foundation are members and eligible to vote. Absentee Voting Ballots must be received by meeting time on Tuesday, November 19, 2012, at the Idaho Falls School District 91 offices, 690 John Adams Parkway, Idaho Falls, Idaho, 83401.
There are 14 board member voting director positions. Please vote for each board member director by making an “X” in the Yes box to the left of each selection with a pen. All ballots must include your name and signature to be considered a valid vote. After you have voted, place the completed ballot in the envelope provided and mail back to Idaho Falls School District 91, Education Foundation, ATT: Elections, 690 John Adams Parkway, Idaho Falls, Idaho, 83401. This year there are no contested positions.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote, and attend, instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
Congratulations to JEANNETTE COLE, the winner of the 2013 Toyota Scion donated by TETON TOYOTA! Jeannette has a daughter who is a cheerleader at Skyline High School. This group of students raised nearly $9,000 last year!
Overall, the students in District 91 were able to raise nearly $60,000 to help fund their various clubs, activities and programs. CONGRATULATIONS!
