Workforce Skills – Basic skills are taught at the elementary level to allow students to be successful workers as they move through all levels. Teachers strive to connect basic skills with real life situations so students can see the links between school and daily living.

At least one time each week each class works in the computer lab. The Fox Hollow lab has 25 iMac computers, 3 Macintosh computers, and nine lap top computers. Each classroom has at least one computer and many classes have their own computer “pod”. Our library also has a computer pod. Students use digital cameras and a scanner to enhance their publications.

Responsible Citizens – Skills enabling students to become responsible citizens of their homes, school, communities, state, and nation are emphasized daily in academic and non-academic settings. . Students rotate through the Student Council. This activity offers students an opportunity to explore leadership and citizenship responsibilities. Each week 3 students are honored as outstanding citizens of the week.
