Fund raising is used to improve the quality of education for our students. Our primary fundraising activities this year will be a request for parent donation through the Education Foundation, Albertson’s Community Partners, Book Fairs, and other projects that will be determined.

Albertson’s Community Partners
Fox Hollow Parents have the opportunity to help raise funds for the school, without spending any extra money! By making sure your Albertson’s Preferred Savings Card is linked to Fox Hollow, we earn money every time you shop and swipe your card! That’s it! New supporters can pick up an application at any Albertson’s customer service counter or at the school. For each qualifying purchase, our school can receive up to 4%. Each quarter, Albertsons will issue a check to our school up to $1,250,000!
Education Foundation
The Education Foundation was set up to provide an opportunity for you to donate to a school or classroom of your choice and receive tax benefits. 100% of the money goes directly to our school, and you can specify what you would like your donation to be used for. Details can be obtained from the office.
T-Shirt Sales
Each year the PTO sells Fox Hollow T-shirts and sweatshirts to help promote school spirit. Sales will begin at Back To School night on September 4th, and continue throughout the year. We have a variety of apparel items for sale, and celebrate our Fox Hollow Pride each Friday with school spirit day. We encourage all students, faculty, and staff to wear their school shirts, or any shirt with our school colors (burgandy and gray) each Friday.
Birthday Books
Wondering what to do on your child’s birthday? Treats can be brought to their classroom for everyone to share. These treats must be store-bought in their original wrappers. You may also purchase a book for our outstanding library for just $10. Simply send a check to school, payable to “Fox Hollow PTO” along with a notation of your child’s name and the words “Birthday book”. Your child will then be invited to pick out which book they would like to donate. A special label will be placed in the book commemorating their name and special day, your child’s name will go up on our Birthday Book Wall of Fame, and your child will be listed as a Birthday Book contributor in our monthly Fox Tails Newsletter. A book is a great gift the whole school will enjoy!
Pencil Sales
Kids can purchase a #2 pencil for 25 cents from the machine in the front hallway. Each month has a different theme.
Box Tops / Campbell Soup Labels / Cow Caps
Save your box tops, soup labels and cow caps! You can make a difference with these items. If everyone sends them, they really add up! Look for the bins to deposit them in the front of the school! During the 2007-2008 school year, our school earned $1100.00 in Box Tops, $50 in COW caps, and collected over 10,000 soup labels. Way To Go Fox Hollow! Let’s see if we can break these records in 2008-2009!
All labels, caps, etc. can be placed in the Campbell’s collection bins. There is one by the office, one in A and C halls.

Wendy’s Night
Loved by both kids and parents! Join us at the Broadway location (1275 W. Broadway) between the hours or 5-8 PM. 10% of all sales are donated back to Fox Hollow. What a great way to take a break from the kitchen, and visit with friends and neighbors! Meet us at Wendy’s on Broadway for all the fun. You don’t want to miss it!
