Idaho Falls School District 91 prides itself on having effective, high quality teachers in its classrooms. As part of the Students Come First legislation, parent input will now be considered as part of our teachers’ annual performance evaluations.
Parents are encouraged to join our efforts to enhance performance. It’s easy.
- Obtain a parent input form (español form) online or from the school office.
- Complete the questionnaire, sign it, place it in a sealed envelope and return it to the school office or mail it to the school.
- Only signed forms will be considered.
- Each parent can complete only one form per teacher per year.
The parent input form was designed to help address overall performance. It was not created to replace the existing mechanisms that allow parents to address specific concerns they may have about current issues occurring in a child’s classroom. Parents with specific concerns should contact the teacher and/or principal so they have an opportunity to address those concerns in a direct and timely manner.
